I've moved the Python examples and tests to the sqlc-dev/sqlc-gen-python repository. We want to make sure that we don't break those tests, so I have this workflow to ensure that changes haven't broken the Python code gen.

The last thing to do is to add one end-to-end test for each tagged version of a plugin to make sure they continue to work.
